An hour just for you
Anxiety, overthinking, burnout, a head that won't switch off. A quiet, unhurried space to think it through, and a real way forward.
A decade specializing in complex trauma and PTSD
It helps being British.
In six years at the VA I found it to be something of an advantage. We're not exactly famous for spilling our feelings. If talking openly feels unnatural, that's okay. I'm used to it. You won't get therapist-speak here, just a quiet space to think things through with someone who takes your particular life seriously.
Who I work with
Adults in high-pressure roles (lawyers, engineers, clinicians, executives, founders, senior individual contributors), and people going through a particularly stressful period. A hard patch at work, a relationship coming apart, a loss, a diagnosis, a change you didn't ask for.
Skills training for high-pressure teams
In-person CBT and REBT workshops for fire and EMS, hospital teams, trading floors, and law firms. Delivered by a licensed clinician with ten years in trauma and PTSD, not by a generalist consultant.
